What the advertising sold

Every ad links to the offer, landing page and sold-job result
Recent customer work
Work that moved the business
Everything your marketing needs. One connected system for demand, creative, calls and sold revenue.
Every arrow opens the operating detail instead of pretending to be a link.
A measurable first target
Improve the economics by 30%. Measure it against the starting point.
We set the baseline before launch, choose the result that matters and show the gap every week. For most accounts that means cost per sold job, not lead volume.
A 90-day target agreed in the strategy, not a universal guarantee- 01Fix the measurement
One call, booking and closed-won job stay one record.
- 02Cut demand you cannot serve
Location, schedule and service filters follow dispatch reality.
- 03Separate jobs by economics
Repair, replacement and project work receive different targets.
- 04Send sold work back
Google and Meta learn from customers instead of every lead.
One account, every number connected
From click to sold job
One record follows the customer from the search term through the call and CRM. That lets the account optimize for revenue instead of platform conversions.

There is nothing for you to operate. Read every completed action, ask the account assistant at any hour and generate the report you need from the same source record.
- Account check
Overnight delivery check. Four campaigns, eleven ad groups, 214 keywords. Spend pacing within 6% of plan, no disapproved ads, no ad group sitting at zero impressions. Nothing to flag.
- Account check
Offline conversion import ran at 05:40. Nine sold-job records moved from your CRM into Google Ads, none rejected. The import has not skipped a day in 26 days.
- Account check
Search-term review. 1,842 terms since Friday, 63 of them with three or more clicks. Nineteen read as irrelevant. Each one queued with a note on the demand it would block if we have read it wrong.
- Lonta decision
Two of the nineteen rejected. “ac repair cost” is a price query, and price queries are a buyer segment, not noise. “ac repair company reviews” is somebody checking you out before they call. Three clicks is not evidence either way. Both stay live, flagged for a second look at forty clicks.
What changed since yesterday?
Four updates went live. The largest was a service-area cut after 7 calls outside dispatch coverage.
From click to money
Revenue attribution
A phone call is not a result. Lonta listens for intent, connects the booking to the CRM and sends the closed-won value back to the ad platform.

A fair fee for accountable work
Your media budget does not make our work proportionally harder. So our fee does not grow with it.
Software absorbs repetitive reading, sorting and report assembly. People still own strategy, creative claims, budget and the final decision. We pass the efficiency to you instead of billing for hours nobody had to spend.
- No percentage of media spend
- No channel or location surcharge
- Accounts and billing stay in your name

After access
The first sixty days
Week one gets the account live. Day thirty produces the first written review. Day sixty measures the account against what we promised before access.
Inside the accountYour account is ours to run. We build the offers, rewrite the ads, fix the tracking and get the first campaigns live. Nothing on your desk except the login.
First written review, built from your ad accounts and your CRM rather than from our dashboard. It names one thing we got wrong.
We measure the account against what we wrote down before we started. If it is not working we say so in writing, with the number, and we do not ask you to run it longer.

Questions
Before you hand us access
What is a flat-fee marketing agency?
A flat-fee marketing agency charges one fixed management fee instead of taking a percentage of advertising spend. Lonta AI charges $990/month to plan, build, run and report on Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta, SEO, landing pages and ad creative for US home service companies. The fee does not rise when the advertising budget rises. Media spend is separate and is paid by the client directly to Google, Meta and other platforms on the client's own payment method. The purpose of the model is simple: recommending less spend or turning off a weak campaign does not reduce the agency's fee.
What does an HVAC marketing agency do?
An HVAC marketing agency builds demand, captures high-intent searches and connects advertising to booked and sold work. That normally includes Google Search, Local Services Ads, Meta advertising, landing pages, call tracking, conversion setup and local search visibility. Lonta AI also listens to and scores inbound calls and matches them to the client's CRM. This lets the monthly report show which campaigns produced sold jobs and booked revenue, rather than stopping at form fills or phone-click events. The same approach is used for plumbing and electrical service companies.
How is Lonta AI different from an AI marketing tool?
Lonta AI is a fully managed marketing service, not software the client has to operate. Software handles repetitive volume work such as reading search terms, checking pacing, transcribing calls and drafting variations. A Lonta account lead reviews the account, decides what to test or stop and executes the work inside agreed budget guardrails. Every change is recorded with a reason, timestamp and owner. The client receives finished campaigns, pages, creative and reporting rather than recommendations to implement.
What is included in the monthly fee?
The monthly management fee covers Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta advertising, SEO and AI-search visibility, website and landing-page work, ad creative, call scoring connected to the CRM, weekly account changes, a monthly written review and the change log. There is no separate tier for adding another included channel or location. Advertising spend, paid third-party software and on-location video production are separate because those costs are paid to other providers or require a physical crew.
Is there a minimum advertising budget?
No. Lonta AI accepts businesses that are not running ads yet and does not require a minimum media budget. A smaller budget produces fewer clicks and calls, so it can take longer to collect enough information for a reliable decision. That trade-off is written into the free strategy before the business pays anything.
Who owns the ad accounts, website and creative?
The client does. Advertising accounts stay under the client's email, billing and payment method. The website stays on the client's domain and hosting, with source files in a repository the client owns. Tracking, audiences, keyword lists, call recordings, CRM data and creative source files remain in the client's systems. Lonta AI receives the access needed to do the work and removes that access when the engagement ends.
Does Lonta AI guarantee a 30% improvement?
No agency can honestly guarantee the same lift for every account. Lonta AI uses a 30% improvement as a measurable first target when the baseline and available demand make it credible, normally against cost per sold job over the first 90 days. The free strategy names the starting metric, the target and the constraints before work begins. Progress remains visible in the account, and the day-60 review states whether the plan is ahead, behind or blocked rather than replacing the target with a more flattering metric.
Can a client ask the Lonta AI account assistant questions at any time?
Yes. The account assistant is available 24 hours a day and answers from the client's campaign data, call records, activity log and reports. Its answers link back to the source records. The assistant is for visibility, not account operation: Lonta's account lead owns material decisions and completes the work for the client.
